HOUSTON SPCA - Country Legends 97.1

Join us for iWalk for Animals December 3rd at Memorial Park. Register here.

THE MISSION OF THE HOUSTON SPCA IS TO PROMOTE COMMITMENT TO AND RESPECT FOR ALL ANIMALS AND TO FREE THEM FROM SUFFERING, ABUSE, AND EXPLOITATION.

FOR MORE THAN 88 YEARS, THE HOUSTON SPCA HAS BEEN AN OPEN DOOR, A SAFE HAVEN AND DEFENDER FOR ALL ANIMALS.

HERE ARE A FEW OF THE ANIMALS WE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION:

Dash

Female

ID#226480

Dash is a nine-year-old Domestic Shorthair mix who was brought to the Houston SPCA because her owner fell ill and could no longer care for her or her sister, Kimber. They are gentle, quiet cats who love to sit on laps and would prefer to be adopted together since they’ve grown up their whole lives in each other’s company. To learn how you can adopt these girls at a discount through the Houston SPCA’s Golden Paws program visit Houston SPCA

Liz

Female

ID#335294

Liz is an amazing, 15-year-old Labrador Retriever whose owner could no longer care for her. She is a wonderfully sweet old dog who still has plenty of pep in her step! She loves to take walks and enjoy every sight and sound, but she’s also down for lounging around in the air conditioning. She has lived with cats and other dogs, though she’s prone to chasing the cats. To learn how you can give this special girl a loving home in her golden years visit Houston SPCA.
